Kilmac Health & Safety

Ensuring a safe working environment is of paramount importance to Kilmac Construction Ltd. We have a comprehensive system to ensure the highest standards. Our staff receive continual training via external sources (CITB, etc) and in-house. We employ the Murray Safety Group to constantly review our Health & Safety Policy and to carry out regular site audits. We have an extensive library of Method Statements and Risk Assesments which we utilise to draw up a site specific Health & Safety file for all contracts. We have an excellent Health & Safety record.

TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

We employ Independant Training Solutions and Sibbald to carry out all the training requirements for our site staff, to ensure everyone has the specific certification necessary for their role. 90% of the workforce are carded to CPCS and CSCS standards.
