Kilmac have been awarded a £500k groundworks package for the new Benarty Community Centre in Ballingry.

This is the first project that Kilmac have undertaken for Fife Building Services and the company are keen to justify their position on the supply chain by delivering the project safely, on time and within budget to meet the high standards expected by Fife Council.

The located site between Ballingry Road and Flockhouse Avenue in Ballingry, is due to commence in late June with scheduled completion in August 2012.

The 1500m2 single storey steel framed building, with associated 50no space carpark, is to be constructed on a brown field site and tricky ground conditions are a significant factor within the project.
