Kilmac Construction Ltd are delighted to announce their appointment by Interserve Ltd as groundworks subcontractor for the new upgrade to the Caledonian Hotel, Princess Street, Edinburgh.

Due to access restrictions, a close working relationship between Main Contractor and associated trades was essential.

"Given the excellent relationship forged whilst undertaking other projects with Interserve, namely; Stratheden Hospital, D2 Carpark Kirkcaldy and the Catering Facility at Stracathro Hospital, we were happy to accept this project", said Kilmac's Commercial Director, Athole McDonald.

Works are due to commence on 7th November 2011 for a period of 16 weeks.
