Athole McDonald
Athole is co-founder and Director of the company. With 20 years of experience in all aspects of the industry, Athole has been instrumental in the expansion of this dynamic organisation. Athole is responsible for the Commercial side of the business including estimating, surveying, buying, accounts and administration departments.
Richard Kilcullen
Richard is co-founder and the Construction Director of the company. Richard's roles over the last 20 years include Site Engineer, Site Manager, Project Supervisor and Contracts Manager. Richards experience ensures every project runs smoothly and is completed on time and is responsible for all ongoing projects including Health & Safety, Engineers, Managers, Foreman and Labourers.
Estimating
Ross Middleton is Senior Estimator and Thelma Taylor-Morgan our Assistant Estimator. Ross puts his 20 years of on-site and estimating experience to good use in running a department that is key to ensuring the future of the company.
Contracts
The Contracts team consists of Jimmy Riddoch (Quality Manager), Kevin O'Reilly, Leigh McNiven, Liam Wilkie, James Wilson, Stephen Davidson and Steven Harrier (Site Engineers/Managers). The team has numerous years of both engineering and site experience and are responsible for the day to day running of our projects.
Buying
Bert Hope is our Senior Buyer and Emma MacDonald, Assistant Buyer. Bert has many years of experience in this sector and plays a key part in ensuring we provide our customers with the best product for the job and developing relationships with our suppliers.
Surveying
Our Quantity Surveying team consists of Denis Kilcullen, Iain Stewart and Kevin Sargent. They have a wealth of experience and are commercially responsible for all projects.
Accounts & Administration
The Accounts and Administration team consists of Julie Wilkie, Kerry Clark and Shona Campopiano. They provide all the support necessary to ensure the organisation runs smoothly.
